About Mini Mix Concrete

Mini Mix Concrete company has been a staple in the Clinton Township community for over 50 years. Founded in 1973 by Salvatore LaTorre, our family-owned and operated business has grown and evolved over three generations.

Before the convenience of Transit Delivered Concrete Mix, Salvatore, or “S-1” as he was affectionately known, started by purchasing his own truck for his trenching business and began brokering loads of self-serve concrete pick up. This eventually led to the opening of P & L Transit Mix on the same site as our current location at 33600 Kelly Rd.

Today, Joe and Sam, Salvatore’s sons, are at the helm of Mini Mix, carrying on the legacy of their father. Their dedication to providing exceptional service and quality products has been passed down through the generations, with Sal and Vincent, S-1's grandsons, now heavily involved in the daily operations.
